As a certified Health & Life Coach (please see my LinkedIn profile for all of my completed certifications) I have trained in behavior change, health education, motivational strategies, and more to support you in creating sustained change that improves your holistic health and wellbeing.

When I came home from my last group home, I thought the transition back to my family would be easy. But life had other plans. Not long after returning home, I was kicked out of the house. While it was painful at the time, I now recognize that this was a pivotal lesson in my life. There were many challenges and setbacks, but those experiences ultimately led to profound personal growth.


Through all these experiences, I learned valuable lessons about creating structure and stability in my life. Now, as part of my Beyond BARS Coaching program, I want to share the strategies that helped me build resilience and maintain a sense of direction during uncertain times.

1. We revise your Sober Rebel Plan every 12-weeks and can utilize the text-based Coaching between our calls in the Skool community. That’s where the magic happens!


2. I offer the right Foundation, Accountability, Support, and Tools to help you follow through on your health & wellness goals. AKA the F.A.S.T. Method.


3. I am human who is passionate about how we heal our bodies. Not only are you working with a certified Life Coach, but a Herbalist and #Yoga Teacher (RYT-500). I retired from my Massage Therapy career and have a solid understanding of how the body works. All of the education I have invested my energy and time into has led me to this opportunity to share the abundance of Holistic knowledge I have gained over 2 decades of practice and study.


I primarily work with system-impacted women after they have been released. I also created a workbook to work through if you are still incarcerated, in rehab, or in group homes. It is described more below. 


BEYOND BARS COACHING REENTRY PROGRAM

Your program combines your Calendar, Email, and Text applications. Here, you will find your tasks, events, and program resources to support you in creating a life with purpose and direction.


Each week, you will have tasks to complete that align with your education and career goals.


What‘s Included:

  • Tailored Sober Rebel Plan - revised every 12-weeks
  • 1:1 Coaching Calls.
  • Text-based Laser Coaching in between our calls - lots of magic happens here!
  • Community Events online and IRL!


BEYOND BARS WORKBOOK/PLANNER

The workbook thoughtfully organizes 12-weeks worth of content to guide you through a smooth transition back into society. There is one coaching exercise per month and a complete 12-week planner, including monthly and weekly layouts, plus bonus resources to support mental resilience and mobility.
